The second day of Easter I have decided not only to enjoy a day off, to watch a movie, to have a long morning and to run, but to actually bake something for my favorite people in London. And thanks to Beata ( who always helps for some easy food inspirations, blog ) and to my mum, who found this recipe - I made a chocolate cake, which is unbelievably good. Trust me, it is so easy to make and so delicious that every chocolate lover will fall in love with it. I've decided to make the simplest version of it.
- * Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- * At the mean time mix eggs and sugar.
- * Slowly pour the melted mixture of chocolate and butter to the mixture of eggs and sugar.
- * Once you have a smooth mixture add the rest of the ingredients very slowly, while mixing everything. Try to do mixing and pouring at the same time (do not rush).
- * Pour the mixture to the baking tin ( it is amazing if you use baking paper, it makes your life easier after ).
- * Turn oven to 170 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Less baked is better than overbaked.
- * This chocolate cake is much better when it is cold, so for the best result put it to the fridge ( cover it to avoid the smell ) and enjoy the next day or at least after few hours.
- * The author of this recipe recommends to put peanut butter in some parts of the cake to make it more characteristic. However, if you do not like it, try to put some nuts, slices of white chocolate or milk chocolate with nuts. Experiment!
Taip skaniai atrodo, reikės būtinai išbandyti ! Ir šiaip man tavo naujas blogo stiliukas be galo patinka ! Super :*
