2014 & 20

Only two days left till 2014. New year - new resolutions, right? But for me, January 1st was always more than the first day of the New Year. 1994 January 1st - was the day, when I was born. Yes, it is my birthday. And this year I will be 20.

As it is a really big day for me I always think about my past few years and about my future plans.   To be honest, I always think about the same things. About the things that would make me happy. You know, deep in my heart I believe that I am going to be really busy, but happy at the same time this year. I know it more than ever. And probably, I will make my list with resolutions for myself, just to remind myself, every single day, what I want from my life. I know, that i want to feel proud for myself and to be happy.

What I can wish for everyone is.. to TRAVEL (hope I will do it much more this year) to CHANGE (your job, a place where you live, a cup that you usually use or your hair color. It doesn't have to be big, but changes are good sometimes) to LEARN (a language, to skate, to film, to cook...), to BELIEVE (in yourself), to LOVE (everyone around you and yourself), to ENJOY (every single moment of your life) to DREAM (and to make your dreams come true), to BE HAPPY (always from now).

“This life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they'll come and go too. And baby, I hate to say it, most of them - actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart, but you can't give up because if you give up, you'll never find your soulmate. You'll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything. Just because you fail once, doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don't, then who will, sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about.” - Marilyn Monroe

Happy New YEAR!
With all my love,
Auste
